In rare cases where we are unable to deliver services, a full refund will be issued. This applies to instances beyond our control or scheduling conflicts. Clients will be informed as early as possible. Alternative options may also be offered when appropriate.

4. Booking Deposits
Some services may require an upfront deposit to confirm scheduling. Deposits are applied toward final costs. If cancellation occurs, deposit refund depends on timing and prior agreement. This will be clarified at the time of booking.

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The amount is returned to the original method of payment. Clients will be notified once the transaction is completed. Bank processing times may vary slightly.

6. Service Modifications
Changes to agreed services may be accommodated if timelines allow. In such cases, adjustments may not affect total cost. We will clearly outline what is included or removed. Our team communicates any impact in writing.

7. Non-Refundable Items
